Advice on beach bye laws

Hi everyone

I'm new to the site. Just started shore angling and finding some great information here.

Just wonderring if i should be aware of any beach bye laws around dublin. Heard a bit about them when i was looking for marks around south dublin but not sure if i should worry about them. I was thinking of going to Killiney Beach.

If anyone has any suggestions for marks for a beginner around dublin they would be appricated. At the moment i've only got a spinning rod (7ft) a fixed spool reel i think and a bit of tackle few spinners and feathers. I don't know if that will limit the places i can fish from.
