Tide:lw9.00am
Weather:S force 3-5
Bait:Fresh mackeral.
Rigs:booms12ft trace 4/0 semi circle hook.
Results:Pollock,Ling,Spurdog.
Report:Plenty of macks for bait,then out to the 140ft mark for spurdog.Nothing doing,came into the reef,immediatly hit good Pollock until a seal grabbed one which seemed to spook the better fish.Moved to blackrock expecting pollock but caught some very nice Spurdogs to 16lb. Dolphin escort on the way back.

well done there.ya i heard the bay is full of spurdog again since there no commercial value 4 them any more.fishing in the bay aint to bad at all the year.im from killala myself so no the bay very well.i know of bob who skippers the huntress.my uncle skippers the deltic.nice to see u putting up good reports of my local bay
