Arklow tides

#1 Post by finding nemo »

just checking the tides for a trip tomorrow. There is only a slight difference in height from low to high tide .8 - 1.1 metres. Does this mean the beach will fish the same all day? or will we head for the rising tide? we are after afew smoothies so any ideas? daytime session 10am - 4pm on Clogga was the plan but open to suggestions.

Also why do the tides vary so much down that way?

Cheers
