Newbie - Advice Needed

Hi everyone. I'm new to the site and to sea angling.

I did a bit as a boy but have been a course fisherman for the past 30 years. I'm now looking to get back to the fishing I enjoyed so much as a boy. I'm hoping some of you can recommend a good, friendly tackle shop that will advise me on a rod & reel. I don't think I'm up to any beach-casting just yet so it's rock/harbour fishing I'm interested in at the moment.
