Does anyone know what the tidal difference is between New Ross and St Mullins?

No Idea John,

I normally use the new ross times for planning. This way I get there earlier wnd with enough time to set up. I think it's about 20 mins.

It is about 20 minutes. As Kev said, you are best to use the tide times at Ner Ross, won't miss the run that way.

For Taz devils I can highly reccommend

Navan Angling
Southside Angling
Henrys Tackle Shop
Rory's Templebar

In that order. The Selection Navan have has to be seen to be believed.

just to get things going 2 specimens from st mullins mine was 1.23 kg and ger was 1.30 we had a great morning fishing landing over 40 twaite shad between us :lol: :lol:

Nice one lads. Hopefully the river won't colour up too much over the next few days. I wonder have they recovered at all in the Slaney, somewhere just below Enniscorthy might be worth a shot. I hear they were netted near Bunclody when it was surveyed in the last year or two..

hi jd there have being a few caught in the slaney the cfb had salmon trap in the water last year for he purpose of tagging salmon one morning the checked the trap and the had a shad of 2 odd lbs dead in it i was there that morning so there are a few around

did ye see any of those japanese clams down there in st mullins - apparently theyve gone into the riverbed 15 deep in places

some dutch fella down there harvested a few and eat them said they were well tasty :shock:
