Hi,
I have up to €40 to spend on a spinning reel for bass, pollack, salmon and sea trout. Really need replies as my new rod is arriving and I need a reel for it.
Entries now open for the Henry's Tackle Shop All Ireland Shore Smooth Hound Championships on July 18h hosted by Sea Angling Ireland SAC

Hi F

http://www.harrissportsmail.com/Models. ... elID=17063

Try that link

Have a look at the 4000 size reel as it should cover the species you want to catch

What make of rod did you buy?

Meant to say reel + Postage to Ire is 31.95 euro so you will have a few euros to sort out some line or lures.

You got a nice wee rod there,

I think the reel should suit the rod well

Make sure to match your lures/ spinners to your casting weight of your rod.
