Fishing at Easky

#1 Post by mikado »

I had a ride up above Easky on Thursday to fish off the rocks. It always looks nice up there with plenty of room to swing a lead! Fished from low water, around 2pm to 6pm, with mackeral, squid, sand eels and prawns. No expense spared!
It was a bit rough but as it was my first outing for a while I stuck it out. I caught 2 small wrasse in the first two casts, then nothing. Not realy a blank but I could have done with a few more fish, still the scenery more than made up for it!
Does anyone else fish up there, or is it just me!

Good to hear some Wrasse are starting to show again, I fish there the odd time but there are some far better fishing places along the coast road
