Kilmore Sunday 21st.

#1 Post by Stephen8wood »

Hi all,

I've been doing very little fishing recently due to there being a new nipper in the house. However the time has finally come where I can get out again and I've been given a full day pass for Sunday and as such myself and a full crew are heading out on a charter from Kilmore on Sunday morning. :D :D :D :D

Has anyone been out that way recently and if so is there much out there this winter? I'd say we will be covering the usual ground and would like to get a few decent cod. Hopefully the weather will hold and by the looks of it there will be a northwesterly force 3 or 4 wind. From what I've been told that's OK. Any thoughts?

Stephen

Thanks for that Steyrman. I've fished Kilmore three times in the last 18 months, November 08, May 09 and August 09 and each time we have had slow days and the fish count has fallen each time. Hopefully we can reverse the trend tomorrow.
