Re: lambay
Derek,
I got some very good Tope and Bull huss over there August - September 08.
As Gary says we'll have to have a meet and spread out over there .
No doubt I'll see ya in Howth over the next few months !!

Nearly Kick off time again lads...
When are you going to tow that bus of yours to Cork Paul
Some Nice fishing down that way and the tow is a doddle now with the new roads.

Re: lambay
Kev, I hear ya I collected the boat in Cork and was back in Dublin in under 3 hours.
My problem is that the boat is too big to launch on my own and retrieving is an impossibility.
Hopefully there will be a few Tope and Ray around Howth this year.
I'm sure I'll see ya around .
BTW...There was a 265lb Porbeagle taken by one of the Howth trawlers off lambay last year whilst he was towing for prawns !!

Re: lambay
I see what you mean Paul, You'll have to get yourself some crew. I'm sure there would be no shortage of lads looking to share costs on a trip to cork.
I heard about that Porgie alright, makes you wonder.
I'm sure I'll be about Howth this year, but I find myself towing a lot now for the chance of some better fishing. I will still be up for giving the Bank a try in May / June to see if those Ray are about.
Will see you out there for sure.
