rodbag recomendations

At the suggestion of various members and given the magazines will run a mile from criticising a piece of kit, here is your chance to tell us what you really think about a rod, reel, line, lure... keep it legal please!

rodbag recomendations

#1 Post by corbyeire »

any tips on this please,

had a mitchell bag that was probably for pike rods but managed my mustad tripod in 1 section and my 2 rods in the otherside - with the added bonus of taking 2 fixed spool reels in the "bump" sections on that same side

bloody zip stopped closing in places and then the zip handle came off a couple of days later - i blame the frost

cheers

i also use the salt one corbyere, and it is a good sturdy bag well worth the money. and if you open the zip near the bottom of it, you can extend the lenth of the bag to cope with longer rods.

Hi Corbyeire,

I have a spare President rod bag, you'll get up to 4 rods into the bag and side pocket for rod holder, it is as good as new, not using it as i am using the salt bag, the only down side is the tips of the larger 2 piece rods will protrude out the end but got good use out of it, its there if you want it..
