Help my worms need first aid

My worms were in the car boot all night they do not look good to-day would like to go fishing any first aiders know how to give a worm the kiss on life

just get them on the hook - loads of bait elastic or in cocktails - lob cast them and youll be fine - your going fishing today right?

otherwise if they are lug id throw them in the freezer in some newspaper and then do the above when you go out fishing

if they are rag gone to mush well i dont know - ground bait before you go fishing with them!
