ZZIPLEX GBL

At the suggestion of various members and given the magazines will run a mile from criticising a piece of kit, here is your chance to tell us what you really think about a rod, reel, line, lure... keep it legal please!

Dont know about anyone else but i had a nightmare with summerlands, they would not ship the rod i wanted to ireland and when i arranged to send the rod to my brothers address in england they insisted i would have to pay by a card registered to that address in england so i didnt bother buying off them.

Lads the GBL and HSM are totally different rods for completely different styles.

For off the ground and overhead casting and general fishing the GBL is the better rod.

For a pendulem cast and match fishing at range the HSM is a better rod.

Both excellent rods if used in the right situations but get the rod that suits you and your style
UP THE DEISE!!!!!!!

If you can keep your head when all around you have lost theirs, then you probably haven't understood the seriousness of the situation.

Agree JP well said and as clancy uses multis and a fishing pendulum cast i think he should go for a hsm.
