some way to earn a living

saw this boat making its way round loop head today in 11 meter sea and 40 knot wind :shock:
hope theyre not prone to seasickness

couldent see myself been able to stomach that. just shows you what the lads on the lifeboats have to go out in when someone is in trouble some times when im lying in bed listening to the gales i always think of them out in a force 8 rescueing people i dont think they get the recognition for the brave jobs they. do god bless there good work

My brother works on an oil processing vessel in the north sea, and I remember once ringing him after seeing it was force 10 gusting storm force 12 with 20mt seas in his area, when I asked him what the sea conditions were like he replied "Bouncy Bouncy".... the master of understatement.... lol
