Silicone Baitstop weakpoint?

#1 Post by George »

Does the silicone method of making a baitstop not create a weakpoint in the snood. Currently I use powergum for baitstops.

no!! it can kink lighter lines though. soft silicone can slip up the line though. a smaller section of something stiffer (3mm's) is better.
