#1 Post by yelow »

Hi, i'm new in here and i have e few questions about boat fishing and transport my boat.
1. Do i need to have fishing licence for pleasure fishing off shore ( Galway bay ) ?
2.Do i need any extra insurance policy when i towing boat on road?
I will be grateful for any answer.

You may have missed the point of that link re towing a boat, yelow. It's not (just) about insurance, it's about having the right catergory of driving licence to tow.

I do not missed that point :) , my boat is SEAHOG HUNTER 15 ft long and i am sure that the weight of boat with engine and trailer together is less than 750 kg so no need kategory E. on my driving licence.
