I think I will buy one because I have a spare filleting knife that I can use on it, along with some trebles

Ok please take my advice. Do not take that kayak out on the sea if the wind is above 3 mph.
You will be blown all over the place!!!
As with the lidl "kayaks" these are so flat bottomed they will provide no grip on the water.
