Re: the no.one Bass lure?
Dont do that much lure fishing for Bass these days, spend all my time throwing flies, but if I did it would be a Rebel chrome/black jointed plug. But I'd probably sneak a storm chug bug into my back pocket in chrome and blue as well

Depends where you'd be fishing, depth of water, etc.,... However, my favourite's gotta be the Duel/Youzuri Mag Minnow.

Re: the no.one Bass lure?
For me workin well on the daylight kinda Abu Toby Nickel-but in my local lure store, they sellin fake version of this, cost 6 e per 5 lure set. I don't need to save it, and can check every weeds searchin for a bass. After dusk i prefer woblers with ball bearings inside, b'cause they making noise, and bass loveit
I usin Rapala X Rap, and Strike Pro woblers

Re: the no.one Bass lure?
Its great to see the lures mentioned here are some of the ones that worked six years ago on this article -it says a lot about consistancy and often the simplicity thats involved in bass lure fishing - trends come and go but classics like the spook or the cordell remain.

Re: the no.one Bass lure?
I would like to take a Maria Chase but it would be a toss up between that and the Heddon. I would have to see where I was fishing first
A bad day fishing is better than a good day at the office!
