People:me

Duration:8 till 11

Tide:last2 and 1 up

Weather: windy and cold

Bait:frozen peeler and lug

Rigs: 2*4/0 flapper

Results:1 doggie/1bass
Got to the mark at 8 and set up the rod, good surf, no weed :P so was fairly confident. Typical doggie bite on 2nd cast, not a bad scrap either. Next cast got the frenetic bass bite no strike just reeled into it, then it swam to about 10 foot in front of me with me playin catch up, small fish so put it back. Conditions were good for the fish but sh!te for me, serious windchill. Got 2 more bites after that and couldn't wait to get back in the car to defrost :roll:

At least you got a bass. I was out last night too but didn't think it was cold at all - although I was kept busy :wink:
Cod season Winter 2013/14: 117 cod (best fish: 6.5 lbs)
Cod season Winter 2014/15: 193 cod (best fish: 4.25 lbs)
