westport area 01-4-09

People:jason and me

Duration:8pm -12am

Tide: high 10.25

Weather:beautiful

Bait:mack,squid sandeel

Rigs:all kinds

Results:a multidude of doggies, huss, and the odd pollock




Report:same too culprits out at one of our marks,got there at eight and set up,nothing happened till dark, then things went ballistic :shock:every bloody rod went off at the same time!! we did not know what rod to lift first :D :D this went on all night,we took in the rods chasing the minis,they were getting doggies too,right under our feet :shock: and we had to take in all the rods just to have a cuppa :oops: :oops: this went on until we left,there were some nice big huss landed,and for some reason even the doggies were giving us a scrap :D :D definately a mark to fish when the sun goes down saltydog!!!

Species '20 (14) 5 Beard Rockling, Shore Rockling, Codling, Whiting, Pollock, Coalfish, Pouting, Corkwing Wrasse ,Ballan Wrasse, Poor Cod, Dab ,Smoothhound,Flounder, Thornback Ray

life tastes better through a pineapple

speices 2011 whiting ,flounder, cod , coalie,,shore rockling , LsD,pollock,mack ,dab turbot sea trout ,bull huss ,3 rockling , wrasse

egg and my face were in alignment

there were as many huss as dogs about half each,lost count after twelve of each species
