Report:Met Neil and John at Greystones north beach to have a go at some doggies and we werent (too) disappointed . I was first in with a decent thick doggie,,by thick i mean a decent sized one not one of those that keeps coming back onto the beach . John Bunn was next in with a decent 28cm dab so we were entitled to slag fishface at that stage. We knew that with his luck he'd have the last laugh but we gave him a taste of his own medicine for a while anyways . John ended up with 7 fish, 1 x Dab, 3 x doggies and 3 x whiting, Neil with 5, and i trailed in with 2 doggies and a whiting, though another doggie slipped the hook just as i landed him (got some stick over that ). As darkness fell Neil produced his latest toy, a Petz Ultra headlamp and its really bright, with a wide beam, though it would want to be for the price .And i thought my silva l1 was bright .Got a call to tell me that Ireland had got a draw in Italy so i went home extra happy.
