hadnt been out in ages so decided to hit lecanvey as it rarely blanks
met two guys there just packing up - left us some lug : _)- but they had blanked
soon as it got dark bites were on - with a wee strap about 18" long making a welcome change from the doggies - first of the year an the smallest ive ever had
rockling was on lug - and the only bite on the wee rod close in
reckon the feeder rig was making a difference - i had 7 fish landed and my mate hadn-t had a bite - so he decided to give it a go - and had two doggies and a few missed bites in no time
good crack,and still getting fish up to 11 even tho the tide had really dropped down
