Hi Damien

What are you going to use it for - beachcasting, spinning or heavy work?
Equally what reel are you going to match to it, FS or multiplier?

Thanks

Gerry's in sea angler had a 2003 ABU SUVERAN for 99 sterling. Might go out of your budget with p+p. Is the heavy duty powerful version and may be worth considering. Although not the newer version is still a serious bit of gear for the money.

DAMIEN

there is a rod here in a shop, "Kilkeel" brand new!! about 4-5 years old made by shakespear with a reducer very close to the "ABU SUVERAN" maybe a wee bit stiffer in the mid section. £50 - £100 will get it.. have looked at it many times, twice I was going to buy, but to tell the truth, I do not need it

if you want to know more e-mail me.
