bass quest

hi lads just wandering can bass b caught on poppers ,spinners this time of year does water temp have to b higher?? never caught a bass yet but trying very hard. r beaches best for bass fishing? fishing piers and off rocks usually anyone point me to the right place s to fish for bass r flatties much appreiciated cheers for any advice

I haven't had time to cast a lure myself for two weeks but I've heard from others that surface lures have gone very quiet. Diving lures are another story. If you're on the south coast, it's always worth a cast. Certainly still a good chance over the next couple of weeks.
