Hi has anyone used one of these or ever heard of them??
I have been offered one of these recently for my inflatable and am used to hearing about mariners, yamahas, suzukis, evinrudes etc but never these guess what im concerned with is are they relaible etc??
any help would be great

wind are made in russia as far as i know. sold as 8 hp prob only 4 
the ones i know come with a spare prop have been offered 1 brand new for 600 euro. so dont pay any more than that.
