i know what you mean about trying to get the crew it got that bad for me this year i even sold my 175 over it, since the lads lost interest.so i went back to a 165 .

I would tend to agree Carpets. Looks like a nice boat, but with that price tag for an extra 6 inches over a 165 I personally wouldn't bother.

Not sure what the warrior boy's are doing here?? This new 170 has a leisure and fisherman version??

I'd have thought if they were going to wheel a new girl out of the stable it would have been an upgrade of the 175

Dont think the 170 falls into this category seems more to me of an in between of the 165 and the 175.

Ok its got a different hull that boosts performance and supposdley fuel consumption, there's a few changes on the inside but that's about it!!

Performance wise there isnt that many day's that you'll get the chance to open the engine out that far without getting some air time :D Even my wee 165 will knock on the door of 40mph on a good day with one up. As far as the fuel situation goes, again a big part is in how heavy your right hand is!! At cruising speeds id say there's not a lot of difference in consumption with a 175 and a 170 both fitted with the same engine??

Guess i was expecting a bigger bolder warrior than the others, it will be interesting to see how the 170 sells against the 165 and 175
