Noticed a sign up at the new gates ,ANGLING PROHIBITED FROM PIER AND BREAKWATER does this mean from this point, gated are open at weekends to allow access to brendan statue, can you stll fish the rocks on the sea ward side witch is beyond these gates any body any info does this end mullet fishing in the habour and marina?

Hard to say even with the 'no entry beyond this point' sign they were still allowing people to fish the head last year and there are people still fishing the via duct.

It all depends on how strictly they intend to enforce it I suppose. :?
