Hi there, I dont know much about the others but I have the red one. On the one i have the tip section is made of a carbon kevlar wrap. It was i believe their top rod about ten years ago and was expensive. It was originally given to an angler sponsored by Conoflex. Great rod, very powerful though a bit heavier than similar rods today.
Now, dont know if some or all RED oblivions have the special tip or whether some green or white ones have it. I think the colour denotes the type of ground the rod is intended to fish.
Dont really have much knowledge but hope this helps a little...
