Conor diawa senzor is good mono bout £7 a spool or 3 spools for a tenner of the cheaper stuff from gerrys or glasgow angling centre fishes no problem. good for you just starting out get a spool of 50lb and that's your shockleader sorted

you said a green reel right, then use green line, brekley big game should do the trick

Conor try out sakuma crystal line, the night version is hi-viz yellow.
It's a nice limp line, quite inexpensive and not bad to boot.
It's definitely a good one for you starting with the multiplier.
A lot of the casters use it.
I use it for all my mono beach fishing.
