rock fishing info wanted

Went rock fishins once before with a lunatic, in the dark put me of big time want to give it another go .Looking for some info on wrasse fishing hook size ? how to present hardbacks? rod? would a spinning rod do or something with a bit more poke any info would be greatly apprrrrrrrr cant spell that thanks

one thing that i have changed from the article though is that i now use a nine foot daiwa regal, and a ten foot daiwa sensor for most of my wrassing and now use 30lbs power pro main and 20lbs clear mono hook lenght
