Am looking at buying one of these reels .
Can anyone explain the difference between the 3 types (that I know of)
millionaire / turbo millionaire / tournament millionaire??

Any suggestions on which to go for??

very little in difference IMHO.. except age. millionaire came first, tournament came second and turbo 3rd.. have seen schematics for all 3 and there is little difference..

i have 2 tournament 7ht's .. i cannot fault them in casting.. only thing i could fault them with is the handle size(bit on the small size)...
but i seem to get better distance with the 7ht than i can with the abu6500..

John,

Its been years since I owned a millionair, they are a good reel, you hear very little bad about them. My son bought a Turbo last year and liked it enough to buy another 2.

I did hear from someone that Daiwa were bringing a magged version out sometime this year.
