Greenore
i saw the post asking about Templetown but i presumed it was another Templetown as i thought i was the only person who fished there. Fished an incoming tide about a month ago from 3 to 6am but nothing. I always thought this would be a good flattie/bass mark. Has it produced for you in the past. Went mackerel bashing in greenore a few weeks ago, lots of them about.

Tried Balaggan on the Saturday eve 11 Sept with no luck. There was a fierce wind blowing which kinda limited our places to fish. One chap caught a sea-trout on a German Sprat, which was infested with sea lice. Fished Greenore beach this morning with a mackerel falling to feathers and a scorpion fish on lug/squid combo on my other rod. One other chap on the corner near the rocks caught a mackerel on German Sprat, but that was it. He did say there had been bass caught there along with sea trout recently and that he had caught a 6 1/2lb bass last night!!! Bummer!!
