Does anyone know if this place is open yet?? would i be able to do a bit of fishing there today?? last time i ws down they were donin the hole place up.

Its open alright. Had a stroll up there last weekend. Not a huge amount of space at the end of the pier though. Could get a bit cramped i'd say. Would be interested in finding out more about this area too. Plenty of rocky marks around the harbour might be worth a shot.

Hi Lads,
I don't think it's officially opened yet. Louth CoCo are putting in the road at the moment. I've had codling, 3-bearded rockling, herring and pollock off it already this year. The rock marks on the head itself can produce some nice pollock...
