il be startin work in a few weeks and will have extra money! :D :D i want (another) light rod for flatties etc. i would like it to be light with goot bite detection but strong. either of these rods a good option? thanks for any replys!

u should strongly consider the long rod option. triplex or k2 range. otherwise i would go for the flattie fanatic- they do a 13foot version now. the aa is a nice light rod but a little short. flounder rigs can sometimes carry long rig bodies and snoods and the extra lenght will help.
