Best rig for flatties?

Could any one give me some help, Iknow a spot where there
are alot of flatfish and rays... the problem is I don't usually fish
with rods out of a boat (normally handlines).Could anyone give me
a few tips on rigs, baits ect..

i make my own rigs for flatties...

15lb shock leader with 2x8" plastic tubes, worm hooks and swivels.

if u are looking to buy rigs get the mustad 2 hook rigs, although i prefer rigs with the plastic tubes as it reduces the chance of the lines getting tangled
