Fished Tinnebearna (Kilmuckridge, Co. wexford) last Sunday night....

3lb Cod on a two-hook pennel-rig with fresh Peeler crab

.
Also a few wrasse but nothing exciting...

8.20pm, Black dark.
Tide: 2nd/3rd Hour into Flood, very light Easterly wind.
Good surf running, Cod caught at about 15yards...
Hooks: 3/0

Nice fish there I heard there is some lads catching the odd one in Clare lately in deep water rock marks on big lug baits or a squid sausage stuffed with lug and pulped then puncture it with a few holes to let it ooze out when its lying on the bottom.
