Where to put my boat??

#1 Post by Breathe the o2 »

Hi lads,

I'm really thinking of buying a boat with the old man.
A friend of a friend can sort us out with a decent price but
I don't have space to store it in the garage.

I was just wondering if any of you would know how much it
costs to leave the boat in a harbour like bullock for the year
or is this even possible? It would most likely be a 15' by the way

Any help would be much appreciated,

Cheers

Hi,

Afraid buying the boat might be the cheapest thing you do. I pay 2000 + per annum for a mooring in a marina and it looks like moorings anywhere along this coast are like hen's teeth.
Good luck hope it works out for you and sorry to sound so negative but that's the way I found it.

At 15ft why are you worried about a mooring, trailor it everywhere, keep it outside your home during summer and put in in dry caravan storage during the wintertime, shouldnt cost much more than a couple of hundred quid
Smoking for the weekend!
