livebaiting?

had a moments reflection this morning as I plugged away - is livebaiting banned over here? Specifically for bass - as I hear its a really great method- just a thought.

Ya its legal for sea only,

Livebaiting is alllowed in saltwater so no problems livebaiting for bass. It is banned in freshwater.
