Results: around 11 hom ray a load of dogs 2 smoothies 1 about 4lbs the other a pup and a lovely 7lbs huss 1 tope pup whitting dab

Report: a few of us met up on ennerilley on friday night after walking over them dunes i got to the beach sean and mark were already there and after a few minutes i sent out a sand eel bait after about 10 mins boycie and paul arrived then donagh came
everyone started getting dogs straight away then i threw out a flapper about 25 yrd with squid on top hook razor on middle and sandeel on bottom caught first hom ray on the razor then boycie had a double ray and within minutes sean had a smoothie 4 1/2 lbs mark got the huss donagh got his ray paul had whitting and dogs at the end of the night seans rod went ape and he lost a big fish

all in all a great night fishing apart from that bloody walk over the dunes

A good night. It was great to get my first Homelyn. It would of been alot better if I hadn't been out fished by the lads beside me. There'll have to be a meet up in the Estuary to regain my pride.

Have to say i was delighted with my first hom ray even though it was a tiddler it has been a great month for me my first thornie and hom rays 33 1/2 years no ray 1 mth 7 rays
