Has anyone dealt with this crowd

http://www.dbsgroupinternational.com/

Placed an order for a 525mag a week back and got a automatic reply. They don't seem to answer emails and theres no sign of it arriving.

No need. I'll get to call them at some stage its just hassle but you'd think an interenet company would answer emails.

Just to let you know I got this reel on Friday. It wasn't sent out until I rang them the Monday after this. The fella I talked to blamed his internet provider. Then was delayed due to there being no county limerick on the address. I'm fairly sure I would of filled in the county as its one of the blanks to fill in on the order but no record of the address is sent outy. Saying all that I got the reel for 99 pounds sterling that costs 115 pounds sterling with veals. I'd recommend backing up a phone call with any internet order with this company.
