Casting Problem
Was out 2day and i was hitting ok distance, i know im not reaching full potential and its ort of aggrevating... that was with the pendulum, to which i havent really a clue how to do...then i tried otg... and i was only hitting the lead about 60 yards   it was landing earlier, and i wasnt hitting it sideway acroos the field, i was hitting it up ?? ..i switched the reel to low position and i got the best distance of the night, i must say it i svery awkward but if the distance is concstant i will keep it like this..one last thing...i keep hitting the lead way to the left...ive tried diff stances and i dunno..any help very much appreciated..also i had the reels running very fast, no brakes virtually... still stumped why i wasnt hitting bigger distances... :?:

to me it sounds like a trajectory angle problem, either aiming too high or not high enough
if only we could calculate the velocity and angle of the lead path to get the maximum range.. and bypass gravity.. now that would be good
