The Ledges 26/5/07

#1 Post by lucky angler »

People:Me, Alex and Chris

Duration:3 1/2 hours

Tide:HT @ 20:40

Weather:Calm and Clearing

Bait:Rag, Mack, Sandeel And Squid

Rigs:Various

Results:2 Wrasse, 2 Pollock, 2 Coalies, 1 Scorpion Fish and a Very small Rockling

Catch and Release:: All Bar 1 pollock and 1 coalie

Report:Went to the Ledges for the first time and took Chris (First time out) and Alex to see what was biting. Alex struck first with a Wrasse of approx 23cm then Chris caught another Wrasse of approx 33cm. :D
I landed a double shot of a Pollock of approx 43cm and a Coalie of approx 34cm  , Chris later landed a Scorpion Fish at 20cm. :D
Alex landed the smallest rockling I have ever seen of approx 9cm
I switched to the Spinners and landed another Pollock of approx 30 cm and another Coalie of approx 25cm.
All in all a good session especially for Chris.
