boating corses

im looking into boating corses in galway any ideas of witch ones to do or were to start looking
there is a short range vhf corse nead that one as i have a vhf in case of emergancy there harly not going to anser a mayday call over that but id like to know how to talk to other boats

Contact your local Coastal Rescue unit they should be able to give you all the help you need.
