gemini rig jig

anyone use a gemini rig jig.Is it worth getting one.I don'nt have a workshop or garage and make most of my rigs in the kitchen or sitting room.

its dead easy to make your own,, and built in a ruler

I have seen them being used, no big catch, that why I have a home made one

They are a handy bit of gear, especially if you are using any clipped rigs or rigs that need to be constructed under tension. I simply attached them to a piece of wood, one at either end and have found it extremely useful. Rig production doubled :lol: !

a little tip for you lads, when making rigs the ones that are clipped down, dont you find that after a wee while the hook length stretches,if you use crimps you gotta take the whole lot apart and make new ones, to solve this problem, i use power gum instead of crimps that way you just slide it bak up the rig body until its taught again simple also if you wanna change a snood length its just as simple a matter to do exactly the same thing cheers rod.

Powergum can be bought in nearly all tackle shops. 10lb is the right strength to use. Great for bait stops too.

I found that dexter twisty baits clips will also eliminate Line Stretch Problems as they can be moved quickly and Easily.
