Lads I can give a dig out with the organising/pegging etc,

have arranged time off work so I would prefer to have it on the 21st, but I'm sure something can be arranged if needs be.

Another 5 hour drive :( Has anyone planned to stay over. If so, where?

So Seanie + Wreckfish will look after this on the 21st if that is ok with everyone. I'll give score cards+ membership list to Seanie before then.

Just found out today that one of my brothers is having his stag that weekend, so that rules me out ( I think).

His wedding rules me out of the competitions in Mullaghmore (Shore), Rathmullan (boat) and Leinster Open Boat Kilmore quay too!!

As steve said, Clifden's prob the best spot to book accomodation. Closer than Galway and good boozers there too.
I require a tremendous amount of calcium

How many's going on the 21st?

I think Ferg is a no go. I'll give him a call to confirm.

What about the possibility of repeating the easter session and fishing on after the comp. Grab a few hours kip in the car/tent. May as well use up the leftover bait.

Anyone up for that? As Colin said, accommodation is looking a bit pricey, so I'll either keep fishing or drive home in the wee small hours.

Clifden: Alcock and Brown Hotel for the 21st, €75 Tel 095-21206.
Cheapest I could find.

B&B seem to be around €50.

Not much on offer though.

Any other suggestion?

APRIL

Little Kilary April 21 3pm - 8pm (MA)

LW HW
14:56 21:10
0.7 m 3.8 m

IMHO The very best time of year to fish this spot. There will be no shortage of fish (famous last words) with an excellent chance of ray before the dogs reach plague proportions

Ok lads
Next leg of MA in a few weeks
I'm out- how are the rest of ye fixed?
Seaniebo and the Rampant Wreckfish are chief organisers of this.
