Mail Order Problem - Good Customer Support

I am always nervous about mail order as resolving issues can be difficult to say the least. I had one such problem with an order I had placed with Veals. The problem was not their fault but the fault of the Royal Mail. When my oder did not arrive I contacted Veals and I have to say was very pleased with their response. They took ownership of the problem and resolved it quicker than I would have expected. I would have no hesistation in using Veals or recommending them to others.

It's nice to be able to give praise for a change

Ordered from veals Wensday evening and we got our stuff Friday morning. Top notch service again from veals. The amount of money Irish tackle shops lose to them must be huge.

I've just been in contact with them this morning and they seem willing to bend over backwards. I spend money in the local shops too but when you can get a rod for up to 40 or 50 euro cheaper.... I'm going to order a go of gear on Monday - if anyone in cork wants to jump in and divide p&p just shout.
