Duration:2 hrs

Tide:high +falling

Weather:clear + cool

Bait:all frozen - lug/razor/mackeral

Rigs:one up / one down + 2 hook clipped

Results: 2 coalies

Catch and Release:: Yes



Report:

Fished far side of clonea with little success - lots of little bites which came to nothing :cry: - got two decent sized coalies on lug tipped with razor. - not much surf - water getting clearer but still a little cloudy - no weed ( thank god :lol: )

Reckon its gonna be far side of christmas before i get out again :evil: - family and all that joy :roll:

Got to use my new 525 mag today :D - flies like a dream - still on full mag setting till I get used to it (first time using a multiplier) -
No birdies today ......Things are looking good!!!!

any cod been caught up there of late might give it a go over xmas.

some cod caught here up in the north not big but a good size :D

Cod are scarce around here - heard of a few decent sized ones got around the coal docks in youghal lately
