Whiting size?

What the average shore caught Whiting weight/ lenght that you guys/girls usually catch.. Cheers

6-7 inches

from 5- 8 inches in local area or 12 - 18 inches up the coast a bit

Been getting some good sized whiting over here. In fact most of the ones I've had have been well in size 30cm+. Heard reports of one local to 3lb but nothing like this from down on the Humber.
