Fethard on Sea - Bannow Bay

Hi, I'm down in Fethard on Sea for next week and was hoping to get out for a few hours lure fishing for bass, i was wondering what stages of the tide are best to fish Bannow Bay from the Fethard on Sea side? I've previously parked at the "windy gap" beach (google maps name) and walked up the estuary but just wondering if anyone had any advice on what stage of the tide it would be best to that at?
