Out on Fri just of Dalky for a hour and took in 12 (only 2 joeys)
Out Sunday just off poolbeg, for an hour, 17, about 7 big ones, rest joeys

We were out on Carlingford Lough yesterday for around 3 hours, mostly between Greenore and the buoys. Between two of us, we caught 7 mackerel. They were all a good size, in particular one was very large, but still, not what I would normally expect.
Species 2022: Halibut, Coalfish, Cod, Haddock, Pollack, Whiting, Mackerel, Wolffish, Redfish, Torsk

Had a boat comp today out from Rush, only joeys being caught
2025 shore species: Bass (1), Dogfish (1), Flounder (4), Whiting (4)
2025 hours fishing on shore: 40

Loads of small mackerel off balbriggan with a few herring mixed in only one big mackerel got

Got out of Wicklow Harbour with Kit Dunne on Saturday, did a few drifts by Wicklow Head for bait before heading out to the mark. Had about 80 joeys between 4 of us.
