East coast beach/rocks

Tide 1 40 am
Fishing 9 30 pm -1 am
Result a few flounder a couple of smoothies and an eel

Quiet enough for 1st couple of hours with a few small flounder.
Then 6 hits in a row. Missed 2 . Had a big fish on for a short while and that got off and had a big bite but when I picked up it was weightless.. weight and hook was gone. Landed 2 so was a good evening

Good stuff, seems to be a few moving along the bay now.

Was a fair lump of one alright .2 lads arrived as we were packing up. Dunno how they got on
